企业销售管理预警指标体系的研究

摘    要:销售活动是企业经营活动的重要环节,但企业销售中所存在的各种风险,严重影响了企业财务目标的实现。文章系统地对销售活动中的市场风险、产品所有权转移风险、销售方诚信风险、销售人员素质风险、财务风险进行了分析,建立了企业销售管理预警指标,并确定了销售预警指标值的方法,以便预防企业销售活动中所遇到的问题。

Abstract:The sale action is an important part of the enterprise management. But all kinds of risk that exists in the enterprise have seriously affected the realization of finance goal of the enterprise. The paper has analyzed systematically the market risk in sale campaign, the shift risk of property rights of products, the honesty risk of seller, the quality risk of sales personnel and the financial risk. And it has established the method of the early warning target on sale in order to prevent from the problems which are met in the enterprise sale campaign.
