焊接非线性大梯度应力变形的高效计算技术

摘    要:焊接应力变形具有高度非线性大梯度特征,其数值计算涉及到材料、几何与组织的非线性问题.基于热弹塑性有限元的焊接应力变形计算能全面反映焊接的温度场、应力变形场及其变化规律,对深入理解焊接过程起着越来越重要的作用.然而焊接热弹塑性有限元的复杂计算过程和高耗时性使得如何进行高效的焊接计算成为备受关注的学科前沿,正在逐步形成具有严格科学性的焊接应力变形高效计算技术.研究了这一领域的研究成果与进展,对焊接应力变形高效计算技术进行了分类,并探讨了其发展趋势.
