750kV输变电钢管塔架结构承载力及构造的试验研究

摘    要:750kV输电线路的支撑结构和变电构架承受荷载大,铁塔及变电构架的大型化不可避免,有必要深入研究750kV杆塔和变电构架的方案。针对750kV杆塔和变电构架可能采用的钢管结构方案。对无缝钢管、直缝焊管、多棱焊管的受压承载力及不同接头型式构造对钢管构件承载力的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:焊接钢管可采用a类稳定系数,钢管构件接头形式为T型、I型、U型时可不考虑插接板失稳。对长细比小于120的管件不宜采用I字型板连接。研究结论可指导输变电钢管塔架结构的设计,并在公伯峡水电站送出及750kV输变电示范工程钢管构架设计中得到应用。

Abstract:It is necessary to study the scheme of 750 kV tower and power transformation structure frame,because the support structure and power transformation structure frame of 750 kV power transmission line are with the big load,and the large-scale tower and power transformation structure frame are unavoidable.The testing and research of compression capacity of seamless steel tube,straight welding tube,polygon welding tube was performed due to tubular tower and structural frame may be used in 750 kV transmission project.The relation between different pattern connection construction and load-carrying capacity of tubular steel members was studied at the same time.The research indicates a-class stability factor is suitable for welding steel tube,the buckling of connection plate isn't considered when T-shape,groove shape,U-shape connection are adopted,and I-shape connection plate isn't advised to apply when the ratio of slenderness of member is less than 120.The research conclusion can be used for the design instruction of transmission tower and transformation structure frame,and have been applied in the 750 kV transmission pilot project.
