粉煤气化循环水系统结垢问题及解决措施

摘    要:
针对劣质粉煤流化床气化装置循环水系统设备结垢、堵塞,不能长周期连续稳定运行的问题,经研究分析,认为问题的主要原因为水中微溶物质析出、化学结垢、悬浮物沉积造成设备结垢、堵塞。通过微涡流反应器加药水处理的措施解决了上述问题,确保了气化装置长周期连续稳定运行。

Abstract:
The recycle water system in the fluidized bed gasification for low quality coal exists such problems as equipment scale formation and blockage,and that prevents the plant from long term,continuous andsteady operation.Our study result shows that the main cause is the separating out of water-dissolved substances,chemical scaling,and the depositing of suspended solids.Through dozing liquid chemicals into the micro-eddy current reactor,the above problems have been solved.
