Al-Pb合金轴瓦带坯的烧结工艺研究

摘    要:研究了快冷 粉末冶金 (RS PM )制备Al Pb合金轴瓦材料的工艺。通过研究烧结工艺对Al Pb合金轴瓦材料显微组织及机械性能的影响 ,得出了较优的烧结工艺。烧结升温速率为 1℃ /min ,并在 2 0 0℃和 40 0℃分别保温 2h ,烧结温度控制在 5 40℃至 5 6 0℃之间。讨论分析了Al Pb合金轴瓦材料的烧结机理。

Abstract:The process for preparation of Al-Pb bearing alloy through rapid solidification-powder metallurgy was investigated. The effects of sintering process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Pb bearing alloy were studied and a suitable sintering procedure was determined.The temperature increases 1℃ per minute and is held at 200℃ and 400℃ respectively for 2 hours before the final sinter temperature, which should be controlled between 540℃ and 560℃. The sintering mechanism of Al-Pb bearing alloy was discussed.
