聚驱用疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4油水固三相与水固两相差异性实验研究

摘    要:目前,对海上油田聚驱用疏水缔合聚合物吸附、分配行为所开展实验仅限于在水固两相体系之间,而实际油藏中有大量油相存在,尚无实验方法对聚合物在多相间的分配规律进行测试。基于静态吸附原理,建立了一套测定疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4在油、水、固三相体系间分配规律的实验方法,可以准确测定不同溶液浓度、矿化度条件下,疏水缔合聚合物在三相间的分配规律。选择精确的测试手段分别测定了水相与油相中聚合物的浓度,并与水固两相体系静态吸附结果进行了对比。实验结果表明,尽管聚合物在油相中不溶解,但油相的引入造成了疏水缔合聚合物在油水界面间出现了明显的富集现象。该方法比传统的两相静态吸附方法更全面、准确地揭示了各相间的相互作用、相互影响,有助于深化对疏水缔合聚合物溶液性质的认识,为预测实际油藏化学驱过程中的吸附滞留行为、评估采出液处理过程中乳化相含聚量提供了理论支持。

Different distribution behavior of hydrophobic associated polymer AP-P4 between oil-water-solid three-phase system and water-solid two-phase

Abstract:Abstract:At present, the experiments aimed at studying the adsorption and distribution behavior of hydrophobic associating polymer are confined only to water-solid two-phase system in offshore oilfield. While there is a large number of oil actual existences in reservoir, and no experiment method is conducted to test the distribution behavior of hydrophobic associated polymer in multi-phase system. A set of experimental method has been established for the first time in order to evaluate the distribution of water soluble hydrophobic associated polymer AP-P4 among oil, water and sand based on the static adsorption principle. The distribution law of the AP-P4 polymer in three-phase system under different solution concentration and different salinity conditions can be accurately determinate. The suitable analysis method has been selected to measure the concentration of polymer in oil phase and water phase. By comparison with water-solid two-phase static adsorption result, it showed that the oil-water interface was enriched in hydrophobically associating polymer because of introducing oil phase even though the polymer is not dissolved in the oil phase. Comparing to the conventional two-phase static adsorption method, the newly technique can more comprehensive, more accurately reveals the interaction and mutual influence between the each phase, and contributes to deepen understanding the properties of hydrophobically associating polymer solution. The method also provides theoretical support for predicting the adsorption and retention in actual reservoir chemical flooding process, and evaluating emulsion polymer containing quantity in produced fluid treatment process.
