从生产经营全面取得新突破；企业管理水平进一步提高；重点项目建设进展顺利；改革改制工作进一步深化；科技工作取得积极进展；党的建设、思想政治工作和精神文明建设进一步加强等六个方面，客观全面地总结了2004年的工作。并从强化内部管理，确保生产经营顺利进行；深化改革，进一步增强集团的生机和活力；加强项目建设管理，尽早实现达产达标；依靠科技进步，提高自主创新发展能力；着眼长远发展，编制好集团“十一五”发展规划；贯彻落实党的十六届四中全会精神，全面加强集团总公司党的建设等六个方面，实事求是地提出了2005年的目标任务和“十一五”发展战略。

Holding Opportunity to do Steadfast Work for Realize the Development All-around Target of Yunnan Metallurgy Group in the Tenth Five-year-plan--A Report on the working Conference of YMG

The achievements obtained in 2004 are summarized in six aspects:new breakthrough has been achieved in production and operation;enterprise management level has been further improved;key projects have been progressed smoothly;reform and system improvement have been further deepened;active progress has been achieved in science-technical work;party construction and ideological work have been strengthened.In order to realize the strategic target of the Tenth Five-year-plan,YMG should strengthen the interior management to ensure a smooth production operation,deepening reform to boost the activity of enterprise,intensify the management of under construction projects to reach their production target earlier,based on science-technical progress to increase the ability of invention and development in an independently way,aimed at long-term development to work out the development plan of YMG in the eleventh Five-year-paln period,and carrying through the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of CPC to strengthen the party construction.The target and tasks in 2005 and the development strategy in eleventh Five-year-plan are presented.
