腈纶污水预处理设计

摘    要:二步法腈纶生产,污水的CODCr、低聚物、丙烯腈、硫氰酸钠等含量较高,采用微电解、生物滤塔、生物接触氧化等工艺处理,可使出水CODCr小于750mg/L,丙烯腈小于5mg/L,硫氰酸钠小于35mg/L,pH=6~9,符合后续生化处理的进水要求。

Abstract:Wastewater from acrylic fibre production with two step process contains a lot of low polymers, acrylonitrile and sodium thiocyanate etc. and CODCr of the wastewater is high. The processes including micro-electrolysis, biomembrane filtration and biomembrane contact oxidation were employed to treat the water. The data of the treated water were as follows: CODCr< 750 mg/L, acrylonitrile < 5 mg/L,sodium thiocyanate < 35 mg/L, pH=6~9. The treated water meets the requirements of further treatment.
