摘    要:以筒形件深冲为例,基于晶体塑性理论,采用数值模拟方法,研究了不同压边力曲线对制耳高度的影响,并得出了相对最佳的变压边力加载曲线.

Abstract:During the deep drawing of Aluminum sheet,the products have the irregular rim(i.e earring) because of the preferred orientation of crystals.Taking the deep-drawn cup as example,the influence on earring height is studied under different curve of variable blank holder force in the numerical simulation based on crystal plasticity theory and the better curve is obtained.
