竹林矿高砷铜锡多金属硫化矿浮选药剂制度改进

摘    要:通过闭路浮选试验,采用KM—109捕收起泡剂,研究提高高砷铜锡多金屑硫化矿铜精矿品位和回收率的浮选药剂制度。结果表明,新药剂方案对降低铜锡多金属硫化矿精矿含砷量,提高铜精矿品位和回收率有明显效果,铜精矿品位提高1.12%,铜回收率提高3.63%,铜精矿含砷降至0.87%。新药剂方案药剂种类少,加药点少,药剂消耗少。

Abstract:The floatation reagent scheme for increase the concentrate grade and copper recovery of high arsenic content copper tin sulfide ore from Zhulin Mine is investigated by closed circuit test and using KM 109 as the collective frother The results show that the new reagent scheme is effective for reducing arsenic in copper concentrate, increasing concentrate grade and copper recovery The grade of copper concentrate and recovery of copper are increased by 1 12% and 3 63% respectively, and the content of arsenic in concentrate is decreased to 0 87% The kinds of reagents, feeding spots and reagents consumption by using new reagent scheme are less than that current one
