| 摘 要： | 就数控冲床中模具自动选择进行研究,在此基础上提出一种新的思路:以各种刀具以及加工模式所需的加工参数来指导图形分析和信息采集工作,参照刀具库中现有的刀具与加工规则数据库中的加工模式模块,以这二者相互结合来决定在图形信息采集中所需要的采集内容和方法,实现刀具的自动选择。在上述思路的指导下,选择AUTOCAD2006作为图形信息采集空间,以其内置的语言VBA来制作交互界面,编写了一套数控冲裁自动编程系统,并以VIPROS-358型数控冲床作为实验机床,取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | The research was made on automatic selection mould of numerical control punch,and provided a new way: the parameter of mould mode supervise work of analyzing shape and gathering information.According to the mould of the database and module of machining mode,taking the two in combination decided the gathering content and the method in graph information gathering.Automatic selecting mould was carried out.According to the above mentality,the graph information gathered by AUTOCAD2006,the interactive surface accomplish by VBA,compiled an automatic programming system of punching machines,which was tested by the VIPROS-358 numerical control punch press,and obtained the good effect. |
