摘    要:将传感器集成于缆索内部,研发具有自感知能力的智能缆索是桥梁结构健康监测领域研究的前沿。阐述智能缆索的研究背景及概念,分析智能缆索研发的主要内容,针对如何保证传感器在埋植过程中的存活率,及如何保证传感器测试效果的长期稳定两大技术难点,从大应变监测,传感器埋植于缆索的工艺,及长期可靠性问题等几个方面研究。以缆索用抗拉强度为1 670 MPa的钢丝为例,指出缆索在运营期间钢丝所产生的最大变形不超过3.840×10-3。分析传感器局部埋植法和整体敷设法的优缺点。介绍智能缆索的研究现状及目前存在的问题。

Abstract:To research and develop intelligent cable with self-perception capability is forefront of developing cable structur- al health monitoring field when transducer is integrated into inside cable. The research background and concept of intelligent cable is expounded, the main content of developing intelligent cable is analyzed. Aiming at two technical difficulties : how to assure the survival rate of transducer in the process of embedding, how to assure long term stability of transducer testing effect ,from the following aspects such as large strain monitoring, the process of transducer embedded into cable and long term reliability and so on to research. Taking tensile strength 1 670 MPa steel wire for cable as example, steel wire maximum deformation is less than 3. 840 ×10^-3 when cable is running, the advantages and disadvantages of transducer local embedding and overall laying method is analyzed. The developing present situation of intelligent cable and existing problems at present are introduced.
