| 摘 要： | 论述了激烈竞争的环境要求企业必须具备柔性，企业柔性的构建是一个系统工程，需要连接战略维度的战略柔性，连接结构和人员维度的组织柔性，以及各种系统的柔性，如财务、信息、生产、营销和技术管理等。讨论了信息技术已经成为构建企业柔性的重要基础，构建企业柔性必须基于信息技术。提出了企业柔性的构建必须通过学习和适应的过程才能达到适度的柔性。

| Abstract: | Fierce competitive environment requires flexibility of enterprises. Construction of enterprise flexibility is a systematic project. The various types of flexibility in an enterprise are strategic flexibility linked with strategy dimensions, organizational flexibility linked with structures and personnel and flexibility of systems such as finance, information, production, marketing, technology management, etc. Information technology has been the important foundation of flexibility construction. The feasible flexibility can only be obtained through the learning and adapting process. |
