| 摘 要： | 采用Autoform4.0软件模拟了某汽车门外板加强板拉深成形过程,分析了模拟中成形缺陷出现的原因,并针对破裂、起皱等缺陷提出了改进措施,最后得到合理的工艺补充面和成形工艺参数。

| Abstract: | The drawing process of an auto-door reinforcing plate was simulated using software Autoform4.0.The cause of defects during the process was analyzed and improvement measures to prevent defects like cracking and wrinkling were put forward.Feasible binder surfaces and technological parameters were obtained. |
