| 摘 要： | ２Ａ１２ 合金退火板材存放几个月后，表面出现蚯蚓状腐蚀疱。采用离子探针等手段分析了该缺陷。结果表明，其本质是腐蚀介质穿透包铝层，使板材中心的合金产生晶间腐蚀，引起表皮肿胀。

| Abstract: | The surface of 2A12 O plate emerged etching blister like earthworm after it was laid for some monthes. It was analysed by IMA and so on. The analysis result indicates that the corrosive penetrate through aluminium cladding and the interior alloy occurs intergranular corrosion. Therefore partial surface of plate swells. |
