Analysis of Regulations and Standards for Food Packaging Materials in Domestic and Foreign Countries

This paper introduced the relevant regulations， standards， supervision and management system of the food contact plastic materials and products in China， and also analyzed the current status of laws， regulations and standards for the food contact plastic materials and products in major developed countries such as the United States， the European Union and Japan. By means of a comparative analysis method， the similarities and differences in Chinese relevant laws and standard systems are compared in terms of raw material resins， molded products and test methods. This paper can provide more information and references for relevant enterprises and inspection institutions， and strengthen the understanding and research of relevant policies and regulations， improving the quality of food contact plastic materials and products in China.
