国内外食品接触塑料材料及制品法规、标准分析

摘    要:介绍了我国食品接触塑料材料及制品的相关法规、标准及监督管理制度。简述了美国、欧盟和日本等主要发达国家的食品接触塑料材料及制品法律法规、标准现状。通过对比分析的方法,从原料树脂、成型品及测验方法等方面比较了与我国相关法规及标准体系的异同。可为相关企业、检验机构等提供更多的信息和参考,加深相关人员对国内外相关政策和法律法规的理解与研究,以提升我国食品接触塑料材料及制品的质量安全水平。

Abstract:This paper introduced the relevant regulations, standards, supervision and management system of the food contact plastic materials and products in China, and also analyzed the current status of laws, regulations and standards for the food contact plastic materials and products in major developed countries such as the United States, the European Union and Japan. By means of a comparative analysis method, the similarities and differences in Chinese relevant laws and standard systems are compared in terms of raw material resins, molded products and test methods. This paper can provide more information and references for relevant enterprises and inspection institutions, and strengthen the understanding and research of relevant policies and regulations, improving the quality of food contact plastic materials and products in China.
