光纤陀螺敏感环输入轴稳定性研究

摘    要:研究光纤敏感环输入轴在高温、低温和常温下的稳定性,判断敏感环的输入轴是否符合全温使用要求;通过对三个光纤敏感环进行300(°)/s转速下的输入轴失准角测试,利用温箱调节陀螺工作的环境温度,得到敏感环输入轴失准角的低温(-40℃)、常温(20℃)和高温(60℃)数据;确定失准角稳定性对陀螺性能的影响范围;根据失准角对陀螺性能的影响,得出光纤陀螺敏感环输入轴符合使用要求的结论。这里结合对失准角不稳定性产生机理的分析,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The stability of sensitive fiber-optic ring input shaft in the heat,cold and room temperature was researched to judge whether the input misalignment meets application requirements in whole temperature range.The input axis misalignment data at low temperature(-40 ℃),room temperature(20 ℃) and high temperature(60 ℃) was got by testing the sensitive ring’s input axis misalignment at 300(°)/s speed and using the incubator to regulate the gyro working temperature.The influence of misalignment stability on the gyro performance was confirmed.As the influence of misalignment angle on gyro is within the tolerant range,the input axis of sensitive ring fits the application level.Combined with the mechanism of misalignment angle,some masures are proposed to improve the sensitive ring.
