摘    要:为了解决火电厂发电的经济效益与环境保护之间的矛盾,研究了电厂入炉煤质对煤耗和排放的影响,建立了电力市场下火电机组短期多目标协调优化调度模型,并采用重构归一化欧氏距离评价函数的方法处理多目标问题。采用5个火电机组的系统算例进行仿真计算,结果表明:多目标优化调度能够协调经济与环境之间的矛盾;入炉煤质影响电厂效益和污染排放;重构归一化欧氏距离评价函数能够获得较满意的多目标优化结果;电力市场下的优化调度能获得更高的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction of thermal power plants between environment protection and economic benefit,the influence of coal quality on coal consumption and emissions is studied,and the short-term multi-objective coordinated optimization model of thermal power unit under electricity market is built and is solved with the evaluation function method of the reconfigured normalization Euclidean distance.The simulation is carried out on the system with five thermal power units,and results show that the multi-objective optimization scheduling can coordinate the contradiction between the economic benefit and the environment.In addition,the evaluation function of reconfigured normalization Euclidean distance can obtain satisfactory multi-objective optimized results,and the optimization scheduling under electricity market can help to gain more economic benefit.
