Abstract:The engine coupling has higher requirements on coaxiality,weight of driving shaft and driven shaft,as well as the requirement that the transmission shaft should not be impacted when reversing and changing speed.In order to meet the development requirements of small aero-engine such as weight reduction,simplicity,reliability and economy,a design scheme of coupling for small aero-engine is provided and applied.It effectively solves the requirements of coaxiality of driving shaft and driven shaft,weight of mechanism and transmission shaft can not be impacted when reversing and changing speed.The structure is simple,eliminates the reversing clearance,improves the service life and reliability of coupling,and reduces the manufacturing cost.
