柴油发动机模拟排气试验台的研制

摘    要:设计并建造了一个模拟多种柴油机尾气的试验台。试验台的热源由柴油燃烧提供,烟气的温度和流量由控制系统调节实现。试验台能够模拟出和实际柴油机工作时尾气特性(温度、压力、流量)相似的热烟气。模拟的柴油机尾气的试验台和SCR(选择性催化还原)系统相结合,可以降低试验成本,并使试验的可信度更高,为给定热源条件下SCR系统的设计提供一定的理论和实验依据。

Abstract:A test bed for simulating multiple type of diesel engines exhaust gas is designed and manufactured.The heat source is produced by diesel combustion.The temperature and the flow is controlled by the control system.The characteristics,temperature,pressure and flow,of the heat gas from the device can be simulated as the same as that of the exhaust gas from the practical diesel engine.This device can be used to experiment the SCR(selective catalytic reduction)system to get the theoretical and experimental data in specified heat source conditions.In this way,the cost of the experiment is reduced,and the data is more reliable.
