基于混合动力液压挖掘机系统优化设计的研究

摘    要:本文分析了我国对混合动力的液压挖掘机系统的研究情况,以此探讨工程机械中采用混合动力技术能否有效适用,在此基础上对液压挖掘机系统优化设计中混合动力技术的具体应用进行了相应的探讨,明确了基于混合动力液压挖掘机系统在串联和并联两种方式上的运行原理,同时评价并对比了串联和并联两种方式下混合动力液压挖掘机系统的性能、经济性及其节能效果。

Abstract:This article analyzes the research status of hybrid hydraulic excavator systems in my country,in order to explore whether the use of hybrid technology in construction machinery can be effectively applied,and on this basis,the specifics of hybrid technology in the optimal design of hydraulic excavator systems The application has been discussed accordingly,and the operating principles of the hybrid hydraulic excavator system based on the series and parallel modes are clarified.At the same time,the performance and economy of the hybrid hydraulic excavator system in the series and parallel modes are evaluated and compared.And its energy-saving effect.
