摘    要:
纤维集合体的透气性不仅取决于纤维性状,更依赖于集合体的填充密度.文章针对纤维集合体不同密度条件下透气性能测量领域的空白,提出测量集合体透气性的新方法,并对不同种类及排列的纤维集合体进行了透气性能对比与分析,实验证明:由于不同的纤维具有不同的形态结构特征,从而造成各种纤维集合体间具有不同的透气性能,并且受纤维排列形式的影响;气流流过集合体时不仅与空隙的多少有关,而且与空隙的形状、曲折程度、排列和孔径的分布有关.

Abstract:
Air permeability of fiber assembly is not only affected by fiber properties but also depends on the fill densities of assemblies. A new test method for the air permeability of different density assemblies is devised. The air permeability for different fibers and fiber arrangements are measured with this new method. The results show that for different fibers and fiber arrangements, the air permeability are different distinctly because of their distinct fiber morphological structures. Air permeability is not only related with the void numbers, but also connected with the morphological structure, arrangement, tortuosity and distribution of the voids.
