| 摘 要： | 本文分析了螺栓紧固件(25Cr2MolV钢)失效原因,表明碳化物沿晶界和亚晶界析出,从而使螺栓的抗蠕变和疲劳能力下降,降低了使用寿命,对此提出相应的防范措施。

| Abstract: | The failure of bolt made of 25Cr2MolV steel has been analyzed and the results show that the carbide precipitated between grains boundaies and subboundaries of bainite plate and the creep resistance and fatigue resistance of bolt is decreased. It leads to veduce re- maining life of bolt, This article provides protective technigues for the bolt. |
