摘    要:以泵站日常运行调度为研究对象,分析调度开票、值班管理等业务的管理现状,梳理出泵站中调度-操作票、工作票-操作票两大业务信息化流程,并以此为基础研究开发调度开票与运行值班耦合应用系统,实现调令流转、两票管理、值班交班等功能的数字化和规范化的线上操作,并将泵站的集控系统与工程管理系统进行数据共享和有机互动,以真实监视数据作...

Realization of Dispatch and Duty Coupling Application System For Pumping Station Management

Abstract:Taking the daily operation and dispatching of pumping stations as the research object, this article analyzes the current management status of operations such as dispatch invoicing and on-duty management, and sorts out the two business informationization processes of dispatching-operation ticket and work ticket-operation ticket in the pump station. Based on this research, it develops a coupling application system for dispatch and invoicing and operation on duty, and realizes digital and standardized online operations of functions such as dispatching, two-ticket management, and on-duty transfer. The system performs data sharing and organic interaction, and uses real monitoring data as operating credentials and data support. It strengthens the process control of the pumping station scientifically and systematically, which greatly improves the office efficiency of the management unit and the intelligence management level of the pumping station.
