消声器的设计流程与研究

摘    要:随着社会对振动噪声关注度与日俱增,采用的降噪措施也是不断多样化,我们研究的方向主要是针对发动机排气噪声方面,采用消声器进行降噪措施的研究。对于不同的发动机其排气噪声在不同频率的声压级是不同,而对于不同排量的发动机所产生的声压级大小也是不一样。所以需要专门针对某一款发动机设计一款消声器进行降噪,这就涉及到如何设计消声器使之能够完全与发动机进行匹配,主要研究的课题是采用传统的设计方法与有限元计算相结合的方式进行设计消声器。

Abstract:What some diversified measures has been adopted in the aspect of noise reduction is the result of the fact that attention paid to the vibration and noise is increasing day by clay. The paper mainly talked about using muffler for noise reduction to deal with the problem existing in the respect of engine exhaust noise. It exists the difference in the frequencies of sound pressure level as well as that of the displacement engine result in diverse sound pressure level that requires specifying a certain engine with a corresponding muffler for noise reduction. This involves how to devise silencer to make it completely match the engine. The issue, in the paper, is adopting the mode of combining the traditional design method and finite element calculation to design the silencer.
