壳聚糖改性棉织物的茜草染色性能

摘    要:利用天然壳聚糖对棉织物进行阳离子改性,提高了茜草染料的染色性能。通过一系列的实验探讨了壳聚糖阳离子改性对棉织物手感的影响和改性后棉织物对天然染料茜草上染能力、上染率和染色牢度的影响。最终确定了壳聚糖阳离子改性棉织物茜草染色的最佳工艺:壳聚糖改性液质量分数为25%,茜草染液浓度15 g/L,染色40 min。在此工艺下,其上染率可提高96%。

Abstract:The cotton fabric was modified with crude chitosan to increase the dyed capability of dyestuff alizarin.The effect of cationic modified on fabric handle,dye-uptake and fastness was discussed.The optimized process for cationic modification with chitosan on cotton fabric and its dyed with plant dyestuff alizarin was proposed.The optimum concentration of modify and dying bath was 25 % and 15 g/L respectively and dyeing time was 40 min.The color yield can be increased up to 96 % in the optimum condition.
