冷轧板带生产技术的现状及发展

从宏观角度综述了国内外冷轧板带的生产技术现状与发展趋势，并对发展我国的冷轧板带生产提出了六点对策性意见。主张以汽车板，硅钢片和镀锡反为重点，按工艺质量一贯制的原则，产，销，研一体，科学管理，挖潜革新，合理布局，以期在现有水平的基础上更好满足市场的要求。

STATUS AND DEVELOPING TREND OF THE COLD ROLLED FLAT PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGIES BOTH AT HOME AND ABROAD

The status of the technology and the developing trend of the cold rolled flat products both at bome and abroad are summarized macroscopicaly, and six stragegic points for developing tbe production of cold rolled flat products are put forward. It is believed that the production of cold rolled flat products can nd the market demand only when the following measures are taken, such as attaching the importance to the automotive steel sheet, silicon steel sheet and tinned stee sheet, abiding by the priciple of the process and quality through -going control, integrating the prodouction, sales and research into one, putting tbe scientific managementand rational distribution of the production into effect, expoilting potenialities and reforming.
