摘    要:运用化学成分分析、常温力学性能试验、金相和电镜显微分析、碳化物分析、持久强度试验等方法,对运行了146 967 h后的娘子关发电厂4号机组2号10CrMo910钢主蒸汽管道进行组织与性能评定.实验结果表明:该主蒸汽管道在运行146 967h后,10CrMo910钢的常温力学性能均符合 DIN17175 标准;贝氏体组织特征仍然明显,晶粒大小、碳化物分布较均匀;在贝氏体和铁素体晶界上已经产生了碳化物的析出和聚集长大;晶界仅有少量的单个蠕变孔洞,属于Ⅱ级蠕变,处于蠕变第二阶段;组织状态与机械性能依然良好,该主蒸汽管道可以继续安全运行.

Abstract:This paper deals with the estimate of structure states and capabilities for 146967 hours service exposed main steam pipes. The estimate was made by using the analyses of chemical component, normal temperature dynamics, carbide varieties, mutually and electric lens, and permanence intension examination. The results indicate: after 146 967 hours serviced, the mechanical capabilities of the 10CrMo910 main steam pipes still fullfil quality requirements according to DIN17175 standard; and the structure is bainite including a little martensite and ferrite. The bainite grain size, distributing of carbide are equal. Although the separation and mass of carbide appeared on the grain boundary; a little of creep hole was found. In addition ,the creep and damage is the second stage. The main steam pipe can be continued running safely because of the structure states in a good conditions.
