敲击检测技术在某雷达天线罩在役检测中的应用

摘    要:在分析了敲击检测技术工作原理的基础上,应用敲击方法对某雷达天线罩试样及在役制件进行了检测试验,研究敲击检测技术对该雷达天线罩的在役检测能力。结果表明,敲击检测方法能够有效检测出该种结构雷达天线罩中φ25 mm以上的脱粘缺陷,满足其在役检测要求。仪器敲击法与小锤敲击法检测能力相当,但在操作方式和抵抗环境噪声干扰等方面各有优劣。研究结果为雷达天线罩的在役检测提供了有力的技术支持。

Abstract:In order to study the feasibility of the in-service tap test technology for radome, the principle of the tap testing was analyzed, and the instrument tap and hammer tap were applied to test the radome specimen and the radome parts in service. The results show that the debond defect, whose nominal size is larger than 25 mm, can be found using the two kinds of the tap test methods. It satisfies the quality request of the radome being test in service. It is the same to the instrument tap and the hammer tap in the ability of finding defect. And there is diffidence between the two tap methods in the operation and resisting the environment noise. The study is useful for testing radome in service.
