摘    要:采用有限元分析方法对恶劣工况下全液压平地机的平衡箱体进行静力学分析,指出原箱体刚度的不足.通过平衡箱体加载试验,验证有限元模型与分析方法的准确性与可行性.综合考虑有限元分析结果与箱体齿轮布置空间约束,提出若干改进方案.采用因子分析法,确定最优改进方案.通过对平衡箱体优化设计改进,使其变形得到改善,提高平衡箱体刚度,保证...

Abstract:Static mechanical analysis is conducted on a tandem casing of fully hydraulic graders under rigorous work conditions with finite element analysis method. Through loading test on the casing, accuracy and feasibility of the finite element model and analysis method are discussed.
