国产旋转尾管悬挂器在国内的首次应用

旋转尾管悬挂器在海上和陆上油田使用广泛并取得较好效果，但该工具及其附件均为国外公司提供，国内研制的产品因各种?因一直没有在现场应用。介绍了国产旋转尾管悬挂器的结构特点和旋转尾管固井施工程序，根据东辛油田辛176断块难点，选择使用国产旋转尾管悬挂器并进行了相关计算，阐述了现场操作流程及固井施工过程。现场应用表明，胜利油田在东辛断块复杂井辛176-斜16井的尾管完井中，采用国产旋转尾管悬挂器固井施工，旋转正常，性能可靠，固井质量优良。

The first application of domestic rotating liner hanger in China

The rotating liner hanger has been used widely on offshore and onshore rigs with good performance, but the liner and associated parts were all provided by foreign companies, domestic products haven't been used on location due to different reasons. This paper introduced the structural features of domestic rotating liner hanger and cementing procedures with rotating liner. In view of the operational difficulties of fault block in Xin-176 Well in Dongxin Oil Field, domestic rotating liner hanger was selected to use and associated calculation was conducted. Field operational sheet and cementing procedures were provided. Field application shows that the domestic rotating liner hanger used in the complicated Xin-176-Xie #16 Well in Dongxin Fault-block of Shengli Oil Field can be rotated smoothly, the performance was reliable and cementing job quality was good.
