摘    要:把嵌入式技术应用到工业控制器设计领域上,以S3C2440为硬件核心芯片,嵌入式Linux为操作系统来构建整个上位控制系统。根据注塑机的实际需要,配置了LCD显示、键盘输入、控制、通信等模块,分析了系统的硬件构造,并重点阐述了Linux系统下各模块驱动程序的开发和基于Qt的人机界面实现。

Abstract:Use embedded technology to industrial controller design.The whole upper control system is formed by S3C2440 which is used as the main chip and embedded Linux used as operation system.According to the actual needs of injection molding machine,configure the LCD display,keyboard input,control,communications module and so on.Analyse the system′s hardware structure,and focuses on how to implement the driver of each module under Linux system as well as the realization of human-machine interface.
