高硅氧化锌矿水热硫化实验研究

摘    要:通过对某高硅氧化锌矿矿物分析,发现矿物中的锌主要以异极矿形式存在。采用元素硫水热硫化技术对该矿进行了处理,考察了水热硫化温度、时间以及硫磺用量对高硅氧化锌矿中锌的硫化转化率的影响。研究结果表明在硫化温度200℃,硫化时间240 min,硫磺用量为理论用量1.5倍时,高硅氧化锌矿物中的锌的硫化转化率可达79.8%。

Abstract:Through mineralogical analysis on some high silicon zinc oxide ore,it is found out that zinc mainly exists in forms of hemimorphite.The sample is treated by the method of hydrothermal sulphidation technology and the effect of reaction time,temperature,and dosage of sulfur on sulphidation conversion rate of zinc oxide is investigated.The experimental result shows that the sulphidation conversion rate of zinc oxide reaches 79.8% under the conditions of sulphidization temperature of 200 ℃,sulphidization time of 240 min as well as the dosage of sulfur is 1.5 times of theoretical dosage.
