摘    要:根据管壳式换热器的结构特点,采用基于管壳式换热器真实三维实体模型的几何建模方案,提出了管壳式换热器周期性全截面计算模型,实现了具有复杂壳程结构的管壳式换热器的数值模拟,克服了现有数值模拟建模方式的一些不足,为再现和模拟管壳式换热器壳程的真实流动状况,以及分析各种构件对壳程流体流动和传热性能的影响提供了良好的辅助手段。在综合考虑折流杆换热器壳程流体流动与传热的多方面影响因素下,提出了对折流杆换热器周期性单元流道模型的修正算法,改进和完善了折流杆换热器周期性单元流道计算模型的实用性和适用性。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, the geometric modeling project based on the real 3-D solid model of the shell-and-tube exchanger is adopted, the periodic total cross-section computation model of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger is presented, and the numerical simulation of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger with complex supporting structures in the shell-side is realized. This new method can overcome some insufficiencies of the present numerical simulation modeling method and provide a well aided method for recurring and simulating the actual fluid flow states in the shell-side of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger and analyzing the influence of diversified components on the performance of fluid flow and heat transfer in the shell-side. The modification computation method of the periodic unit duct computation model for the rod baffle heat exchanger is presented, taking into account different kinds of influence factors of the fluid flow and heat transfer in the shell-side, which can improve and perfect the usability and the serviceability of the periodic unit duct computation model.
