| Abstract: | Based on the author's work experience,the problems in present cost management regime of building costs of project are pointed out.Some suggests of prefecting the laws and regulations of bid and invite tenders(including bid range,way and regulation) and quickening the step of joint with international building costs of project are put forward. |
