摘    要:生产设备管理的好坏直接影响车间生产任务的质量和进度,为了对设备管理业务进行整合、优化,讨论了满足集成环境下设备管理信息系统的功能;选用三层结构体系,分析了设备管理信息系统的组件划分;采用Delphi语言完成了组件及最终信息系统的开发,实现了设备日常业务管理、相关决策支持以及系统集成等功能,并先后在两家企业的制造车间投入使用,效果显著。

Abstract:To optimize the equipment management business, an Equipment Management Information System (EMIS) for manufacturing enterprises was presented. First, the functions of EMIS were given based on the comprehensive investigation of the enterprises' requirements, and information integration of EMIS was discussed. Next, the three-tier Client/Server (C/S) architecture was selected comparing with the two-tier C/S architecture, and component clustering for EMIS was designed. Moreover, the EMIS based on these components was developed successfully using Delphi 6.0. Running results in two enterprises showed that the EMIS has improved their daily equipment management efficiently, provided precise decision-making information for the manager and was well integrated with other management information systems.
