龙滩水电站骨料质量改进的措施及效果

 龙滩水电站大法坪砂石加工系统在试生产运行时期，通过质量检测发现一些问题后，对加工系统生产工艺及设备进行了调试和改进。实践证明，改进后的大法坪砂石系统骨料从数量上和质量上均完全满足龙滩水电站大坝的建设要求。总结了龙滩工程骨料生产过程中，增设刮砂机以提高碾压混凝土用砂中石粉含量；加强一次筛分水洗力度、增设二次筛分水洗系统以改善粗骨料的裹粉程度；研究了造成骨料裹粉的原因，提出了裹粉质量控制标准；为控制粗骨料超逊径合格率和中径筛余合格率，改进了粗骨料跌落缓降设备，并允许成品料场粗骨料有一定的超径等措施及效果。
