摘    要:瓷件下端开裂是造成220kV空心瓷绝缘子烧成过程中报废的最主要缺陷之一。生产实践表明,在满足产品设计要求的前提下,尽量减少台阶的高度,可减少因收缩不同在台阶与主体结合部位产生的轴向剪切应力,有效地解决了下端开裂问题,使空心瓷绝缘子的瓷检合格率提高到92%以上。

Abstract:Bottom end crack of porcelain hollow insulator body is one of the main defects resulting in the rejection during 220kV body firing,practice demonstrates that on the premise of satisfying design demand,the axial shearing stress at the conjunction part of bench and body is reduced through reducing the height of bench.Thus,the problem of bottom end crack is reduced,the rate of satisfactory boies is over 92%.
