共基质代谢对难生物降解有机物的作用研究

摘    要:难降解有机物容易在环境中不断积累,而且大多数有机物对人体和其他动植物产生危害.这种有机物处理比较困难,共基质代谢作用可以提高微生物的生化活性,从而提高降解有机物的能力.文中介绍了共基质代谢作用对难降解有机物进行生物处理时的作用机理、特点、影响因素及研究现状,以及共基质代谢作用在以后生物处理过程中的发展前景.

Abstract:Refractory organic compounds easily accumulate in the environment,and most organic compounds on the human body and cause harm to other animals and plants.Moreover,this organic matter is difficult,the general co-substrate metabolism to enhance the biochemical activity of micro-organisms,thereby enhancing the ability to degrade organic compounds.The paper describes the role of metabolic substrates on the refractory organic compounds of biological processing of the mechanism,characteristics,influence factors and the study status and outlook of the role of matrix metabolism of biological treatment in the future development prospects.
