| 摘 要： | 随着首都经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,水资源供需矛盾会越来越突出。实现水资源的科学开发、优化配置、合理利用,实现水生态的平衡,以支撑水资源的可持续利用、经济社会的可持续发展,对水文部门拓宽服务领域、提供优质服务提出了更高的要求。旨在通过总结近年来北京水文拓宽服务领域方面的典型实践,结合北京水资源实际问题,遵循和践行"三个水务"建设理念,分析北京水文服务领域的拓展方向,提高水文服务水务和社会发展的能力。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid economical development and the continuous elevation of people’s living standard,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resource has become worse.Scientific development,optimal allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources put forward higher requirements for the scale and quality of Beijing hydrologic services.This paper summarizes the typical practice on the expanded scope of hydrologic service,analyzes the orientation of expand hydrologic service scope,and improves the hydrologic service ability of water affair and the social development. |
