| Abstract: | With the development of the Internet of Things technology,smart home appliances have entered into homes around the world,which construct a smart home system by the smart devices(eg.Refrigerator,switch).The Internet of Things enables smart home appliances to exchange information through the internet connection,and smart home appliances perceive the outside world to obtain information through sensors.The current application scenarios in the field of smart homes continue to be refined,and there is a higher demand for the size,power consumption,and price of sensors.The following introduces the technology and application of MEMS sensor,the combination of MEMS sensor's characteristics and smart home appliances,and the additional advantages of MEMS sensor. |
