氧化锌纳米晶的制备及表征研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法以醋酸锌、草酸为原料制备ZnO纳米晶,借助X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段进行了物相分析和微观形貌表征。结果表明,制备ZnO纳米晶适宜工艺条件为:凝胶化温度80℃,凝胶化时长1.5 h,焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间3 h。X射线衍射图表明ZnO纳米晶在(101)晶面出现取向生长。SEM观察ZnO纳米晶的大小约为100 nm,分散性较好。考察了凝胶化温度、凝胶化时长、干燥时间和焙烧温度等工艺条件。通过降解甲基橙模拟染料废水实验,发现其具有较好的光催化活性。

Abstract:ZnO nanocrystalline was prepared by Sol-Gel method with zinc acetate and oxalic acid as raw materials. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to perform the physics phase analysis and microscopic morphology characterization. The preparation conditions such as gelation temperatures, gelation time, drying time and calcination temperatures were investigated. The optimum technological conditions of ZnO nanocrystalline are as follows: Zn(Ac);·2 H;O as raw material to complete gelation at 80 ℃ for 1.5 h and then calcinate at 600 ℃ for 3 h. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that there was a tendency of(101) oriented growth of ZnO nanocrystalline. The size of ZnO nanocrystalline is about 100 nm, the dispersion is good without serious reunion, the photocatalytic activity was found through the degradation of methyl orange simulated dye wastewater.
