中深孔爆破技术在磷矿开采中的运用

贵州省瓮安磷矿从2000年进入地下开采以后,一直采用浅孔分段空场法采矿。该采矿方法施工过程中由于需人工多循环无数次的频繁进入采场内登渣作业。该采矿方式劳动强度较大,生产效率较底,生产能力较小,在回采过程中操作人员在空场下多次反复作业,易造成冒顶、片帮事故,采矿安全性能较弱,对矿山的安全生产极为不利。我矿从2007年开始在矿石回采环节引进中深孔爆破技术以来,经过近4年来的逐步探索和改进,目前已经取得了较大的成功。从我矿Ⅰ号平硐的生产情况来看,矿石生产能力从之前的2万t/月提高到了6.5万t/月。矿井从业人员和管理人员共有60人左右,年产量达65万t,全员劳动生产效率居国内领先水平。生产效率和经济效益均得到了大幅提高,矿井安全生产水平相比原采矿方法也得到了极大的提高,保证了矿山生产的持续、稳定、健康发展,为我矿的经济建设作出了巨大贡献。
