摘    要:贵州省瓮安磷矿从2000年进入地下开采以后,一直采用浅孔分段空场法采矿。该采矿方法施工过程中由于需人工多循环无数次的频繁进入采场内登渣作业。该采矿方式劳动强度较大,生产效率较底,生产能力较小,在回采过程中操作人员在空场下多次反复作业,易造成冒顶、片帮事故,采矿安全性能较弱,对矿山的安全生产极为不利。我矿从2007年开始在矿石回采环节引进中深孔爆破技术以来,经过近4年来的逐步探索和改进,目前已经取得了较大的成功。从我矿Ⅰ号平硐的生产情况来看,矿石生产能力从之前的2万t/月提高到了6.5万t/月。矿井从业人员和管理人员共有60人左右,年产量达65万t,全员劳动生产效率居国内领先水平。生产效率和经济效益均得到了大幅提高,矿井安全生产水平相比原采矿方法也得到了极大的提高,保证了矿山生产的持续、稳定、健康发展,为我矿的经济建设作出了巨大贡献。

Abstract:Guizhou province phosphorite from 2000 to enter the underground mining,has been using a shallow hole sublevel open stope mining.The mining method construction process due to the artificial circulation countless frequently enter the stope less slag operation.The mining way of great labor intensity,low production efficiency,smaller production capacity,in the process of mining operators in the open under repeated operation,easy to cause the roof fall accident,spalling,mining safety performance is weak,to the mine safety production is very adverse.My mine from the beginning of 2007 in the ore mining of links in the introduction of medium deep hole blasting technology in time,after nearly 4 years of progressive exploration and improvement,has achieved great success.From my mine No.1adit production situation,ore production capacity from 20000tons / month to 65000tons / month.Mine employees and management staff of about 60 people,the annual output of 650000 tons,complete a labor productivity in the domestic leading level.The production efficiency and economic benefits have been improved substantially,coal mine safety production level than the original mining method has been greatly improved,ensure that the mining production continuously,stable,healthy development,as the mine’s economic construction made enormous contribution.)
