潘三矿12418综采面坚硬顶板深孔爆破技术实践

摘    要:
针对潘三矿12418综采工作面厚砂岩坚硬顶板条件,开展了深孔预裂爆破强制放顶技术研究。研究成果表明:强放措施实施后,工作面初次来压及周期来压步距显著减小,缓解了工作面回采期间的矿压显现;矿压观测成果显示工作面呈现明显的"大、小"周期来压现象,实施两顺槽超深孔预裂爆破可减轻工作面"大压"显现;选用的煤矿瓦斯抽采药柱从传爆性能、爆破效果及现场操作等均能较好的满足了超深孔爆破的要求;液压支架工作阻力由6400kN提高到10800kN,极大地满足了工作面安全高效生产需要。

Abstract:
According to the condition of Pansan mine 12418 Fully-Mechanized Face thick sandstone hard roof,carry out the technology research for the deep hole pre-splitting blasting forced roof caving,the research results show that through implementing forced roof caving measure the first weighting interval and the periodic weighting interval of roof are significantly reduce,strata behaviors of working face is alleviating,working face presents the phenomenon of obvious large and small of periodic pressure,strata behaviors of large pressure is moderating by super deep hole pre-splitting blasting in the two troughs roadway;the coalmine methane pumping grains well meet the requirement of the super deep hole pre-splitting blasting;hydraulic support working resistance enhancing from 6400KN to 10800KN,greatly satisfy the needs of working face safety and efficiency production.
