摘    要:在海洋油气勘探中,海洋立管和海底管道采用复合材料柔性管可以弥补钢管使用中存在的耐腐蚀性差、质量大以及安装成本高等诸多不足。但在对柔性管进行安装分析前,需要明确柔性管的类型和规格,并根据安装作业和在位使用的要求对柔性管进行截面设计。为此,根据设计载荷的要求,利用ABAQUS软件建立了纤维增强复合材料柔性管的有限元模型,根据复合材料柔性管DNV规范和材料属性确定其失效判断准则,并对柔性管进行内压、外压和拉伸载荷组合工况下的应力分析校核,得到了组合工况下缠绕角度对拉应力的影响,确定了柔性管存储和安装时的最小弯曲半径。研究结果对纤维增强复合材料柔性管的设计与使用具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:In the exploration of offshore oil and gas,the application of the composite flexible pipe to marine risers and submarine pipelines can make up for many shortcomings of steel pipes,such as poor corrosion resistance,heavy weight and high installation cost.Before the flexible pipe is analyzed for installation,however,it is necessary to clarify the type and specification of the flexible pipe and to design the section of the flexible pipe according to the requirements of installation work and in-situ use.According to the requirements of designed load,the finite element model of fiber-reinforced composite flexible pipe is established by using ABAQUS software.The failure judgment criteria of composite flexible pipe are determined according to its DNV norms and material properties.In addition,the stress on the flexible pipe is analyzed and checked under combined working conditions of internal pressure,external pressure and tensile load.And accordingly,the influence of the winding angle on the tensile stress under the combined working conditions of internal pressure,external pressure and tensile load is clarified,and the minimum bending radius during the storage and installation of flexible pipe is eventually determined.The research results are of certain reference significance to the design and application of the fiber-reinforced composite flexible pipe.
