摘    要:针对目前注水井测调工作量大以及周期长的问题,提出基于管柱压力波的注水井无线通信方法。开展了基于管柱压力波双向通信的分层注水控制方法研究,探索了压力波控制信号生成和响应的特征,建立了压力波的编码和解码方法,进行了冀东油田模拟井试验。研究结果表明:该方法中压力波进行数据传输过程不需要停止注水,通过操作井口和井下的调节阀即可实现压力波编码;定义了数据帧格式,并且可以根据实际情况扩展数据帧;该方法具有信号无线传输,井下工具简单,测调工作量小,实时测调和测试数据多等优势;模拟试验实现了井口与井下配水器的通信,达到了最优控制。建立的压力波编码和解码方法可以为注水油田智能化管理发展提供基础理论依据。

Abstract:At present,the testing and regulation of water injectors is of heavy workload and long cycle.To solve this problem,this paper developed a wireless communication method of water injector based on string pressure wave.Then,the separate-layer water injection control method based on two-way communication of string pressure wave was studied,the generation and response characteristics of pressure wave control signals were explored,and the coding and decoding method of pressure wave was established.Finally,simulation well test was carried out in Jidong Oilfield.And following research results obtained.First,when this method is applied,the water injection doesn’t have to be stopped in the process of data transmission by the pressure wave and the coding of pressure wave can be realized by operating wellhead and downhole regulating valves.Second,the format of data frame is defined and the data frame can be extended according to the actual situations.Third,this method has the advantages of wireless signal transmission,simple downhole tool,light workload of testing and regulation,real-time testing and regulation and abundant testing data.Fourth,in the simulation test,the communication between the wellhead and the downhole water regulator is realized and the optimal control is achieved.The coding and decoding method of pressure wave can provide the fundamental theoretical basis for the development of intelligent management of water flooding oilfields.
