摘    要:华润水泥(长治)有限公司4 500 t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线生料磨选用的是TRM5341型立磨,投产后生料磨工序电耗一直偏高,高达17.8 kWh/t,经济指标差。本文主要论述了根据本企业原材料的特性,以及本企业立磨的结构,工艺管道的布置,在降低立磨工序电耗中,采取的几点措施。

Several measures to reduce power consumption in TRM5341 vertical mill process
Abstract:The TRM5341 vertical mill is selected for the 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of China Resources Cement (Changzhi) Co., Ltd. The power consumption of the raw mill process has been high, up to 17.8 kWh/t, and the economic indicators are poor. This paper mainly discusses the measures taken to reduce the power consumption of the vertical mill process according to the characteristics of the raw materials of the enterprise, the structure of the vertical mill, and the layout of the process pipeline.
