我厂水泥窑烟气SO2排放的控制措施

结合我厂5 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线的生产实例，通过调整配料方案和加强中控室操作使脱硫系统停用，降低氨水用量，降低电耗，降低生产成本，减缓窑尾大布袋收尘器和窑尾烟囱的腐蚀程度等措施，我公司窑尾烟气排放SO2控制在30 mg/m3以下。

Control measures of SO2 emission from cement kiln flue gas in our plant

Combined with the production example of 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line in our plant, by adjusting the proportioning scheme and strengthening the operation in the central control room, the desulfurization system is stopped, the ammonia consumption is reduced, the power consumption is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the corrosion degree of the large bag dust collector at the kiln end and the chimney at the kiln end is slowed down. The SO2 emission from the flue gas at the kiln end of our company is controlled below 30 mg/m3.
