高压电机少胶绝缘结构研究

摘    要:通过对JF9950高压无溶剂漆和少胶试验,可减薄高压电机绝缘厚度,提高槽利用率,缩小电机尺寸.该漆不仅适用于中胶VPI绝缘,更适合少胶VPI绝缘结构,有利于实现中胶绝缘向少胶绝缘结构过渡,从而减薄绝缘厚度,提高了电机的技术指标.

Abstract:Through testing of JF9950 high-voltage solvent free varnish and little glue, the thickness of insulation for high-voltage motor can be lightened, the utilization ration of slot can be improved, and the motor size can be shortened. The varnish can be applied both to the medium-glue VPI insulation and to the litte-glue insulation construction, and can help the transition from the medium-glue insulation to the little-glue insulation, thus the thickness of insulation is lightened and the technical indices of motor are improved.
