| Abstract: | Taking the river comprehensive regulation project for Mancheng section of Caohe River as an example, this pa- per discussed some problems about the plan and the design in fiver regulation from the necessity of flood control and regu- lation, planning principles, fiver regulation project and comprehensive improvement planning and design, with a view to provide reference for comprehensive regulation project of the fiver adjacent to the city. |
